LazyClips Terms of Service

1. Definitions

   • User – any natural or legal person using the video hosting services provided by the Website.
   • Website – LazyClips, a platform that enables uploading, hosting, and viewing of video content.
   • Services – video hosting services offered by the Website, including access to content, uploading, and playback.
   • Content – video materials uploaded by Users to the Website.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

   • By using the Services, the User confirms that they have read and accept these Terms of Service.
   • A User who does not accept the Terms should refrain from using the Services.
   • Use of the Website is permitted only for individuals aged 13 or older. Minors must use the Website with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Terms of Use

   • The User is responsible for any content and materials they upload to the Website.
   • The User agrees not to upload content that:
     • infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights;
     • is offensive, discriminatory, vulgar, pornographic, or sexually suggestive;
     • promotes violence, hatred, extremism, terrorism, or other illegal activities;
     • is misleading, contains disinformation, or false information;
     • contains viruses, spyware, or other malicious components;
     • violates the Google AdSense program policies or applicable European Union laws.
   • The User agrees to share their Content with other Users via the Website.
   • LazyClips reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws without prior notice, and to restrict or block access to the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

   • The User retains all copyrights to the Content they upload to the Website.
   • The User grants the Website a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, publicly perform, stream, share, and process the Content as necessary to provide the Services.
   • The Administrator is not responsible for the content uploaded by Users.

5. Liability

   • The Website is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Services, including data loss, service interruptions, or financial loss.
   • The Website does not moderate content prior to publication and is not responsible for User-uploaded content.
   • The User is fully responsible for all content they post on the Website and for the consequences of its publication.

6. Privacy Policy

   • The Website processes Users' personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
   • Users have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and transfer their personal data.

   • The Website implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Users’ personal data.

7. Advertising and Cookies

   • The Website uses Google AdSense services to display advertisements, which may be personalized based on User data.
