LazyClips Terms of Service

1. Definitions

   • User – a natural or legal person using the video hosting services provided by the Website.
   • Website – LazyClips, a platform that allows uploading, hosting, and viewing video content.
   • Services – video hosting services offered by the Website, including access to content, uploading, and playback.
   • Content – video materials uploaded by Users to the Website.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

   • By using the Website’s Services, the User confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
   • A User who does not accept the Terms should refrain from using the Website’s Services.
   • Use of the Website is permitted only for individuals aged 13 and over. Minors must use the Website with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Terms of Use

   • The User is responsible for all content and materials they upload to the Website.
   • The User agrees not to upload content that:
     • infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights;
     • is offensive, discriminatory, vulgar, pornographic, or sexually suggestive;
     • promotes violence, hatred, extremism, terrorism, or other illegal activities;
     • is misleading, disinformative, or contains false information;
     • contains viruses, spyware, or other malicious components;
     • violates the laws of the Republic of Poland and the European Union.
   • The User agrees to make their Content available to other Users through the Website.
   • LazyClips reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law without notice, and to limit or block access to the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

   • The User retains all copyrights to the Content they upload to the Website.
   • The User grants the Website a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, publicly display, transmit, share, and process the Content as necessary to provide the Services.
   • The Administrator is not responsible for the content of materials uploaded by Users.

5. Liability

   • The Website is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Services, including data loss, service interruptions, or financial losses.
   • The Website does not moderate content before it is published and is not responsible for materials uploaded by Users.
   • The User bears full responsibility for all content they post on the Website and for any consequences resulting from its publication.

6. Privacy Policy

   • The Website processes Users’ personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
   • The User has the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and transfer their data.

   • The Website takes all technical and organisational measures to protect Users' personal data.

7. Cookies

   • By using the Website, the User agrees to the use of cookies in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Final Provisions

   • The Website reserves the right to change the Terms at any time. Users will be informed of changes via the Website or by email.
   • If the Terms are violated, the Website may suspend or block the User’s access to the Services.
   • In matters not covered by these Terms, the provisions of UK law, Polish law, and applicable European Union law shall apply.
   • The Terms are available in both Polish and English. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the English version shall prevail for interpretation under EU law.
