LazyClips Terms of Service

1. Definitions

   • User - a natural or legal person using the video hosting services provided by the site.
   • Site - LazyClips.
   • Services - video hosting services offered on the site.
   • Materials - video materials uploaded by Users to the site.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

   • By using the site's services, the User confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this agreement.
   • Users who do not accept the terms should refrain from using the site's services.

3. Terms of Service Use

   • The User is responsible for all content and Materials they upload to the site.
   • The User agrees not to upload content to the site that: violates intellectual property rights; is discriminatory or unlawful; promotes violence, hate, or illegal actions; contains viruses, spyware, or other malicious content;
   • The User agrees to share their Materials with other Users via the site.
   • LazyClips reserves the right to remove content that violates the terms or legal regulations without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

   • The User retains all rights to the Materials they upload to the site.
   • The User grants the site a free, unlimited license in time and territory to use the Materials as part of the provided services.
   • The Administrator is not responsible for the content of the Materials uploaded by Users.

5. Liability

   • The site is not responsible for any damage resulting from the use of the Services, including data loss, service interruptions, or financial damage.
   • The site is not responsible for the content of the Materials uploaded by Users and does not moderate them before sharing.
   • The User is fully responsible for the content of the Materials they upload to the site.

6. Privacy Policy

   • The site collects and processes users' personal data in accordance with the privacy policy available on the site.
   • The site takes all technical and organizational measures to protect users' personal data.

7. Final Provisions

   • The site reserves the right to amend the terms at any time. The user will be notified of changes via messages on the site.
   • In case of a violation of the terms, the site may suspend or block the User's access to the Services.
   • In matters not regulated by these terms, the laws applicable to the site's location (Poland) will apply.
